I’m lowering my 2 star rating to a 1 star. This has to be the slowest bank branch I’ve ever been too. One teller 9 people in line. But a lot of suits in the modules working on their computers. Shame on me for continuing to do business with this bank and branch!

We were not satisfied with our service if bank was open on Sat we need not rush in traffic since river street bank is closed coming all way from davenport to Capitola before 5 pm

As soon as you speak to someone here you can see why they have bad reviews. The most untrained, Entitled staff. Going out of their way to not help you. Wake up BofA. Time for a management clean out.

No they are not open, until further notice, just ATM transactions available, and you have to call to make appointment if you have safe deposit box.
