Absolutely worst bank around customer service Is terrible tried to get money out today and they said can't give money cause she the only one there bit they sit on the phone would be better off going to park national Bank this bank service is terrible would highly not recommend this bank

Highly recommend. Great customer service. Branch manager Miranda went out of way to fix a situation I was having. Wasn't even her branch location but still facilitated the solution. To the point!
