I do like their grooming services. Owner does good job on my dog. It was our third time there. BUT , she was really really rude and nasty , I was not appreciated with her attitude. I really don’t want to put her words on here, if she wants get more business, she has to change the way how she talks to people.

We have taken our small 13 year old dog, and our 1 year old lab to them multiple weekends. They are super kind, and they even clip my dogs nails when she’s there and I don’t think I have ever been charged for that! They are very helpful with starting the training on our young dog while he is staying there. They do offer training which we will be signing up for soon! Oh also, the location is absolutely beautiful and peaceful!

I have not personally had the opportunity to board here, nor will I ever due to the companies policy to discriminate against certain breeds. Therefore this review is only for my phone conversation. The conversation was amicable and I was wholeheartedly planning on boarding my dog there until the lady on the other end asked what the breed of my dog was and I responded with a German shepherd mix upon which I was informed their facility does not allow German shepherds or malinois to be boarded at their facility. Shocked I inquired as to why, only to be told that these breeds sometimes manifest anxiety or separation issues from their owners. While I can understand this that is not the case with every dog of this breed and I do not think that every dog should be discriminated against. Just because this company has seen anxiety manifest in this breed and or others does not mean that they should turn away perfectly good business due to one dog. German shepherds would not be used in the police force drug units etc if this were truly an issue and I think that the owners are making a terrible mistake however it is this companies loss of business not mine they are free to make their policy as they see fit. They can have all the fluff dogs.
