I've lived here 14 years....I feel safe, can easily afford the rent and utilities.. Management ie. Susan Harbison is here for all of us, she makes it worthwhile in my opinion....I like my apt., the backyard is lovely safe parking, similar people as neighbors..A good experience even after 14 years..62 is beginning age to live here, different apartments have different monthly rentals...This is the longest I've lived in a place my whole life .Something must be right..😊🌻

It's a wonderful place to live and there are availability stop in and tell them Dan sent you I'm the supervisor there
I dont think it operates by income..its a regular aptarment building for over a certain age..the are reasonably priced though. Waiting lists

Yes weight limit was 35lbs may be lower now but susan manager can help u. Also accept service dogs. The rent based on income and there is a mimium and higher cap on that too.
