Couldn't get a live body to answer the phone when I called about getting a TB risk assessment completed. The waiting room is too small for the demand. I arrived on a Thursday get my risk assessment completed and was told they don't do them on Thursdays. I could have found this out before going down there if someone had answered the phone when I called. I returned the next day and the nurse who assisted me was very helpful.

Hilltop Richmond Location. I had a 8:45am appointment and wasn't seen until after 11am. Once I actually got the opportunity to speak with the"specialist" (Dr. Dixit), he informed me that he had no idea I had even checked in. He proceeded to show me his schedule backing his statement and explained that he had seen 6 other patients before being notified I had arrived. I sat in the waiting area from 8:45am to 11:15am, Dr. Dixit told me he wasn't notified of my arrival until 10:30am. This site also never answers the telephone, always seem to have staff that are in training... for what seem to be years, and have a total disregard for the patients time. Visit this location and at your on leisure. I pray that's this location obtain the proper staff necessary to ensure it begins to operate in an professional manner. 🙏🏾

The wait was horribly long, hours. When I got up to the front I had to show a barcode. The lady at the front desk said I needed to write it down. I told her I couldn't see(at the time I had broken my glasses and needed new ones). She expanded the screen but I still couldn't see. She refused to write it down for me. I ended up writing it down wrong. When I was called back the nurse realized something was off and asked me to pull up the barcode again. She realized I wrote it down wrong. I told her that I had broken my glasses and can't see very well til I get my new glasses and that the lady at the front desk refused to help me. She said it was probably very hectic up front. I don't see that as a valid excuse. This lady wrote it down without hesitation. What's the big deal? The other lady caused a further delay and since when don't you help a patient who is struggling? If I was 95 would she do me that way? Horrible experience, hope I never have to go back there.

Staff was amazing, accommodating and friendly. Yes, the wait was long but that is pretty expected anytime you go to an office like this. As I waited my turn I heard the desk staff continuously give accurate info on wait times and expectations for the day and the next day. Very well informed and managed. The nurse and trainee that helped me in the back were also extremely friendly. I know they stayed with me past their lunch in an effort to catch up with all the patients waiting to be seen.

I don"t know. I'm just a customer
Hi there, I don't know how much they charge for a physical check because my job pay all the bills for my injury, but I think it is very expensive if you don't have insurance, I overheard when they were charging a guy who didn't have insurance, they were charging 150 dollars for the appointment only. Ok I hope that helps
