They can only do spay and neuter for dogs if you are on government assistance and cats they can do if you are or are not on assistance. You would need to call them and schedule an appointment to bring the cat in. It is 50 for a male cat and 70 for a female cat. Dogs have to be at least 4 months old and younger than 6 years old and under 90 pounds. It is all on the website

If for a cat, you can also look into the low cost/no cost events in the area. I am sure they have some for dogs too out there.

I receive OHP and foodstamps, and am in process of appealing Disability also homeless... Does that qualify? She is a 3 year old about 8 lb dog!
