I really like that they have an app so when you need extra money you can open up the app and find a days work they even pay within 24 hrs after doing the job

Not a fan. They will put you where they want to put you. Even though you discuss a different position. Had 2 positions lined up and never once seen either one. Been stuck doing construction or just manual labor instead of skilled work such as a parts driver or shuttle driver . its like those are given to favorite employees. Out of the Salem branch.

Stay away from this Branch don't know what their doing unwilling to solve problems, only quotes legal liability. When in the office asked Destiny if their was any thing else I needed to do besides background check and she said no everything was good. Passed the background check no problem. But now they want me to doctor to get light duty release for a wrist sprain in November. Have no money for doctor or insurance..

This place hasn't gave me a job yet...giving it four stars based upon my history with, People Ready. The one thing I don't like about this office in Salem, is the text notification isn't being used. It's uh we'll call you, you don't call us, or show up at six am, and hope to get uh job. Also, being one of very few with transportation, I do not want to take other people to the work site and for several good reasons. It's not my car, don't want dirty clothes all over the seats (bad enough there's mine)and, usually I can't nor won't trust these people.

Yes actually they do pay every day for most jobs. Pay is disbursed after the client verifies the hours worked by the employee. Once that happens, funds are either put on a pay card or direct deposited into your bank account. However, if 6ou use your own bank there are times when it can take up to 3 business days to get paid. With a that being said, there are some companies that pay at the end of the work week. Mostly tjogub when that happens it's because the job is a temp to hire position, seasonal work, or a long term temporary position. Most of the available work is not this type of position. Mostly the jobs offered are a day or less, with the occasional job that continues for a couple days or so.
Very slim...
It's for grunt day labor, paid for the day...hard work for little pay, but all the same, I'm able to pick the days that I want to work. If you have a car like me, and'll show up on time to actually work, you'll get the best jobs!
Most of them, we get paid the same day...some the day after or if the weekend, then on Monday.
IDK, if you've got a car, chances are you'll get work that day.
