I am an experienced rider but I will wear a helmet anyway do to videoing.My gopro is on my helmet.A few of the riders comming with me may choose not to wear one.
Helmet are not required only for dirt bike riders but if you do not have alot of experience you should wear one. And yes there are rules. There is a large poster board with the rules in the house
