Rooms are nice but hospitality has taken a backseat! They no longer clean rooms daily if you’re staying longer than one day! No longer put plastic bags in trash cans, they will knock on your door @ 9 am to see if your room is still occupied!! I feel like if you’re going to downgrade on housekeeping services, you should also lower room prices!!

Super clean hotel with modern amenities. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were inviting. Included breakfast and 24 hr coffee.

Really inhospitable staff at the front desk for a midnight check in - maybe time to have the ‘24 hot coffee’ ready to go (we were told ‘t would take 20 mins to make’) really? Lady, for everyone’s sake, make that coffee, have a cup, wake up and cheer up - how about a smile for your weary customers? It’s not our fault you have the night shift. Hotel room was good, breakfast was ok etc Staff not friendly or helpful.

You can never go wrong with a Hampton Inn. The room was clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast set-up was good. I was disappointed that they only offered dark roast coffee and regular creamer. Most Hampton Inns have regular roast and flavored creamer. They have a business center, laundry facilities, and a pool, that happened to be closed for the season.

Well I didn't experience with this guy experience they actually extended our stay without pay we didn't even have to pay if they let us stay an extra half-hour we just let him know and asked and they okayed it the rooms were clean I grew up half my life in Martinsville so I knew most of the people at the hotel that work there so they were friendly and nice to me I don't know what this guy experienced but as far as animals I'm pretty sure every Hotel up to this point we'll do it it's just a fee so you just have to call and ask
We are pet-friendly! We do charge a $50 non-refundable pet fee per stay. Pets (with the exception of service animals) will enjoy one of our designated "pet-friendly" rooms, and there is plenty of space outside for short walks when needed. Two pets are allowed per room with a weight limit of 50 pounds. We look forward to welcoming your four-legged family members to our Martinsville hotel!
No all the jacuzzi were taken out . Due to up keep on them .all the suites have beautiful stand up showers in them
