Positive: A place to sleep Negative: The place was not clean my room was dirty nowhere to put soap in the shower but in the floor safety/fire concerns being I am a firefighter was the sparkler head in my room had a piece of plastic over it the safety lights on the main floor hanging off wall

Positive: Staff was very helpful. Location was great. They were doing renovations but they made sure guests were taken care of.... loved having plenty of hot water!! Negative: Just can't wait to see how the renovations turn out when I visit again next year.

This place is cheap. It's been under construction the last three weeks I've stayed here but I can't tell if the rooms I'm staying in are old or just poorly designed. Many of the rooms lack refrigerators, none of them have microwaves. The pool is closed, the workout room is closed, the breakfast is meager. The front desk is very kind, but obviously limited in how well they can serve their patrons due to an obvious lack of care from whoever manages this barn.

Positive: The hotel is in the middle of renovations, but besides little things because of this the stay was fine. Did not hear any outside noise, beds and pillows were comfortable. Mainly used as a place to sleep during the race weekend. Good breakfast as well. Negative: No
