Good morning Cheri, Thank you for contacting us. Monthly lot rent for 2021-2022 is $650.00 per month. Move in cost would be first month and last month rent due at lease signing. We do have a screening process before a tenant is allowed to move into the community. We are an owner occupied community. Meaning the tenants own their homes. We do not rent out homes. Unfortunately, at this time we do not have any homes available. Tenants do sell their homes often. We can update you when we hear of a sale.
