This place is clean and friendly. They have a park a and a club house. They are both very nice. It is ready to get around in and the people are very friendly. I would live here.

They really didn't say when I applied. It seems that if your back ground check was clear it's all good. Even guests who stay longer than 2 weeks at a time will need a background check.
I just moved out in February and it was $602. Covers water, sewer and the park maintenance.
About $600 now but seems to go up about $20 a year. They do keep area clean.
There are several that I wish were new. And vacant. Overall it is a nice community however.
There is a unit for sale by owner. #127 Not sure on price. Sign been up about 2 weeks now.
