This place is incredible. The owner is genuine and isn't condescending when asking any type of questions. He's very informative. I went in there to look at their amps, I walked out 2 hours later with a wealth of knowledge. He took the time to explain the ins and outs of all the amps on the floor, differences between solid state and tube. From the new models to old styles. Down to the differences in the circuitry. I was amazed that he didn't try to sell me on the gear, but listened to what I wanted and helped me understand how to obtain the sound that I would like. Kitsap music will always have my business. The best part? He did all that after I said that I was just looking and not in the position to buy.
