Our vacuum needed replacing, a friend recommended Vacuums Etc as a hidden gem for anything vacuum related. We traveled there and met Bob. Kind of a funny looking guy, but most experts are. He showed us several brands explaining the pros and cons of each while asking about the type of flooring, pets and allergies we have. We have never been treated with such respect. No pressure, just great information to help us make our decision. We were so impressed we bought 2 products. A light weight rechargeable for upstairs and a main vacuum for down stairs. We would highly recommend this store for anyone tired of the "cheap" store brand vacuums and looking for high quality and 5 star service. Good vacuums aren't cheap, and cheap vacuums aren't good. If your going to invest in your floors, get treated right and go see Bob at Vacuums Etc. We'll worth the price and the trip over the Narrows for us!!!

Bob was extremely helpful and informative. He dealt with all my concerns and gave me a loaner vacuum temporarily. He let me keep it one extra week till I could drive down and return it and pick up my new unit and my repaired unit. His prices were market rate. He was very professional.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quick turnaround on service and repair. Quality work! My ten year old Dyson had been overheating and I had checked everything I could but they cleaned it up and replaced a few parts and its sucked up a weeks work of crumbs and fur from my 2 and 4 legged kids that accumulated while my Dyson was at the spa without breaking a sweat!
