David Whitemarsh is one of the rudest people I have had the misfortune to deal with in recent years! I was happy to find an optometrist near my home that honors my vision insurance. I simply needed a check-up on my eyes. The front desk staff was nice yet Dr. Whitemarsh was a nightmare! He was excessively curt and rude, he made me feel as if I had ruined his day just by being in his presence. When I asked questions about my eyes during the exam he acted as if answering me was more than he could stand and with little to no feedback. He rushed through my exam and I felt like he could not get me out of his office fast enough, then he barked orders at the front desk staff and stormed off to the back of the building. I have never felt so dismissed and belittled at a Dr.s appointment. I work with the public and will not have any qualms with letting people know their money would be better placed elsewhere in the community. I will definitely not be returning and will find an optometrist that is respectful of their clients.

I really like their customer service at this store. Jordan always goes the extra mile. She always has something nice to say with a happy and positive outlook. She makes the process of picking out frames painless. I actually like going there just for the happy feels she gives away everyday.

I went in for an eye exam for a new eyeglass prescription. The staff was short, but were still very quick and extremely polite. When I made it to the exam room it was a very short wait for the doctor to arrive. He was quick and pleasant to talk to. I chose my new frames and was fitted quickly. I'll keep coming back here. The staff were amazing.

I ordered contacts to be mailed to my address. My contacts never came. I called in to ask about a replacement and they said I would have to purchase another box of contacts. Waste of $145. Don't go to this place. Very untrustworthy and shady staff. Update: After my mom called and asked for the manager/boss, they are now replacing my year of contacts. Definitely was frustrating but good to know they fixed my problem. Thank you.
