The technicians did a wonderful job clearing out our ducts in our old “new” home. They were extremely courteous and hardworking. Unfortunately, we had not tested our air conditioner until the first day of a hot spell, when we found the compressor would not start, therefore no cool air. I called early afternoon on a Saturday, and Dana was able to send a repair technician that day. Wow. We expected it might have taken until the following week. The technician - Dan, I think was his name - was very polite and considerate. He had the parts he needed and had us back up and running in an hour or so. Nice support in what must have been a very busy time. for the future, I have calendared a reminder to test our A/C in early June or in advance of any predicted early season hot spell. Would much prefer to not add to someone's very long days after it has gotten hot out. Dana is highly recommended.

Frequently our Service and Maintenance technicians can be to a jobsite within a day or two. Depending on the weather and other factors, it may take longer. Our USA agreement customers get priority service!

The first call of the day is usually about 8:00 a.m. Each customer needs to have a thorough and complete job done when our technician leaves. This might be a few minutes to several hours. Our technicians never know how long a given call will last.

The filter location can be in a number of different locations depending on the type of equipment, layout of the home, and other factors.
Locate the filter, pull the old filter out of its location and put the new filter in. TIP - Make sure the arrow on the filter is pointed towards the furnace.
The filter size is generally printed on the side of the filter.
Each thermostat has its own set of steps to adjust the temperature and/or program. Check your user guide to operate the thermostat.
Service call fees for our technician to arrive and start the diagnostic process is $109 plus tax, and for our USA maintenance customers is $95 plus tax. Any additional charges would be discussed with the customer prior to proceeding.

We do not sell parts over the counter mainly because there is usually a reason the part itself went bad and if there is an underlying factor we can't be held liable.
