Seems to be new management every 2 months. Newest set of managers established a garbage change, in which all tenants now have to buy their own trash cans and set them out down a road near where the old dumpster was. This is an expensive change for everyone living here and makes little sense. Especially given they only gave us less than 2 week notice. How on earth will anyone be able to keep track of their own cans?? There’s a ton of people living here and we have to set them all in the same place. Disappointed yet again, but not surprised.

I've lived here over 10 years and have had issues with the managers in the past and Venetia has done nothing but been fair and treated everyone with the same respect and not playing favorites;as the same with Axel(maintenance man). You keep your place clean outside,pay your lot rent,follow the rules which are made for a reason wether we like them or not. The only gripe I have is having to use my outside light to light up the street at night when there should be a street light because it's pitch black. I want to let the investors that own Rockypoint the best 2 people that ever worked here are the ones they have now,so PLEASE try to keep them around awhile!

The owners are crook's and bully's. Management and or the owners cash people's money orders and then try to evict them for non-payment. most of these families are low income and can't afford attorneys, so the owners think they can do what they want . They're also the owners of illahee mobile park!

Dont do it Melinda. The owners of this park and illahee Park (same owners) are crooked as hell ! They are currently being sued by my daughter and other tenets of illahee mobile park. Both parks are drug and crime infested. Management of illahee or the owners cashed my daughter's money orders and then said she didn't pay. They tried to bully my daughter and grandkids out of their house by telling ppl who was interested in buying my kids trailer , that she didn't own it and had no title . Thankfully she found a buyer today but for half of what she was asking. Im a manufactured home installer and know the value of her home & its a hell of a lot more then she's getting. Please , dont take my word for it , cause i am absolutely pissed off , but go talk to the other residents of both parks and here for yourself from the horses mouths!

So decorations are allowed as long as the yard is kept clean and it doesn't look cluttered and as long as you pay rent on time there really isn't a time limit my dad has lived there for going on 12 years
Good morning Cheri, Thank you for contacting us. Monthly lot rent for 2021-2022 is $650.00 per month. Move in cost would be first month and last month rent due at lease signing. We do have a screening process before a tenant is allowed to move into the community. We are an owner occupied community. Meaning the tenants own their homes. We do not rent out homes. Unfortunately, at this time we do not have any homes available. Tenants do sell their homes often. We can update you when we hear of a sale. At the moment we have 1 RV lot that will fit your RV. However, we do have a pending application on the lot. I will let you know whether or not the application is passed.

Yes it has RV hookups 2 don't know the rates they change all the time and they're different for manufactured homes and RVs you would have to come to the office to find out
