Hi, showers are only available after 10 am till 06:00 pm. One thing to mention is that they are free so you need no token or anything and you get hot water (single setting)
Showers are available in each camp loop for registered campers at all hours. Some day use restrooms and campground shower facilities do have posted daily open and closed hours.
Fort Stevens State Park has some very different and varied amenities. It has a huge campground with over 400 camping sites. It also has Cofinberry lake which is stocked with trout and bluegill. It has beach access to both the Columbia River and the Pacific Ocean at a number of sites. The campgrounds have public restrooms and showers available 24 - 7 . The beach accesses have only restrooms available 24 - 7.
No they are not the showers open at 10 a.m. I don't know when they shut them down for the evening
I know there are public restrooms, however I do not know of any showers that are available.
