I purchased a set of 4 tires at Toyota of Kirkland about 20,000 miles ago. Does Toyota of kirkland repair flats for free as does other competitive tire companies?

No, not unless the manufacturer of the tires you have comes with extra prtection.

I believe so since the tires are presumably under some sort of warranty
