Got my u-haul van stuck in a mud in an alley and spent way too long attempting to get it out. Called AK they came within the 40 minute estimate and were able to winch it out safely and in less than ten minutes. This was my first time ever using a tow truck so I don't know if price was good/average but I didn't care. I honestly didn't think they could do it based on the position it was in but they did and I'm super grateful. Would recommend!

Alex of AK Roadside answered a call that I placed to AAA last night for roadside assistance. It was a dark and very rainy night. Alex arrived to the minute of AAA's ETA. He quickly surveyed the problem and immediately came up with a solution. He literally ran to spot to spot to get the tools and equipment needed to address my vehicle's problem. I haven't seen such hustle from any service provider in a very long time! Alex had me back on the road faster than I dreamed imaginable. I very much appreciated his promptness, his competence, his sense of urgency and his genial nature. I have never received such great roadside assistance before and likely never will again -- unless Alex comes to the rescue again!

Great service from Arthur. He did not give up looking for us when we were on the left side of the highway. We managed to get the tire changed and he came to check on the wheel and waited for us to get packed before he left. He also slowed traffic down to get us to the exit to ensure that we made it safely. Thank you again!
