I did experience some minor difficulties on the 2 occasions I had work done. I took the time as a customer to explain my circumstances and both times was listend to and the minor issues resolved to my satisfaction. The work was performed well and fairly priced. In my experience with car repairs nothing ever goes smoothly but the management team cares and will take care of you. The service manager Sean Morris is very attentive and accommodating and the sales rep Abby was polite and patient with me. It is definitely worth the visit if your car is not functioning properly.

I've bought new vehicles in multiple states and two different countries and I have never been treated as poorly as I had at this dealership. The reviews and data I have consistently show this to be a poor dealership but I gave them a chance since we were in the area. I expect the dealers to lie and cheat but I was not expecting them to openly insult and mock not just me but even more unforgivably my fiance'. Your dealers can try to tell me that a Camry is $60,000 or mock me like a middle school child when I request to see a window sticker for a vehicle. Insulting my fiance' is completely unacceptable. Perhaps if we looked like the couple ahead of us we would have been treated differently. I'll leave you with this: don't bother responding with insincere platitudes and useless gestures. Instead look inwards and do better. Why? Because you've burned this bridge and will never have me or my family's business. Because you will always be the laughingstock of our dealership horror stories and will always be the dealership I tell everyone to stay away from. And because it'll be better for you business in the long run. I may be a 'nobody' but that might be your only customer if you continue to run your business in this manner.

Very helpful service staff but not enough of them. This place is pretty crowded and as a result it takes so much extra time for any kind of service related task. I was disappointed to spend 6 hours dealing with a tire rotation while I booked an appointment ahead of time. Also no loaner available.

I went in with interest in getting a new Tacoma, the staff was all very friendly and welcoming. I got to test drive the truck in just a few minutes. It was amazing. Loved it! Unfortunately because I didn't have enough for the down payment I wasn't approved for that. I was there all day and Toyota was working hard and trying to get my approved for it, but nope. However they were very comforting, excellent service and communication throughout the entire process and they even helped me with a better deal on a Rav 4! I would highly recommend visiting this location! Never had any issues, I even brought my Corolla here for service appointments before today. I'm gonna keep coming back to this Toyota! Their exceptional!

Hi Sun! Our service department opens at 7AM from Monday to Friday, 8AM on Saturdays, and are closed on Sundays.
