Looks like your good for 10/11. I just look at their website. Colonial Creek South Campground facility is open during the following season(s): September 24, 2019 - December 31, 2019 (Non-Peak Season)
As far as I know it should be open..there is not enough snow yet.. to close it , but you can call the ranger station to confirm..
