I'm pretty sure its against rules at NorthWest Doors to play favorites and be sexist & make one person do all the other work because they get done Faster then everyone else While others mouths are flapping and flirting with others not working andI.

Not a good place to work if its a hostile work environment how are you supposed to have quality products if you don't treat the people who make those doors good because I am pretty sure no bosses are on the production floor doing work last time I checked they were in there cozy offices barking orders. Seriously 🤔think before you work here. Especially in shipping the boss is sexist and plays favorites.

I'm coming up on a year and i put up with a female that's rude very direct mouthy I'm looking into a better job that pays more. Not everyone is like her but every company has a bad Apple or two. And can put up with the high school drama trash and cursing sure come work here. Again I'm looking for a better job I've got a family to support.
