I feel like I got SCAMMED by this company! I got into an accident where someone hit my car and their insurance company suggested this place for towing and inspecting. Seriously the worst decision ever! I just got my car back and it’s missing parts that were there before they took it. They took the plates off but didn’t put them back before dropping it off, looks like several of the pieces to do that are missing too. It started before they took it and now my car won’t start or even turn on. I can’t even open the hood to make sure my battery is still there because the hood pull is now missing. They also put a sticker on the windshield that left super sticky hard to get off residue. I’m so frustrated!

Hi, my car documents were lost, I can't get through to them (call 7 times and no one answered, and left voice messages), 9 weeks have passed, and now I have to lose my working day to come to them, very negligent attitude, Copart is much better than iaai.

DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY. They paid me for a vehicle in Jan of 2021 and towed it away. It was sold at an auction. In August 2021 it was found abandoned in a parking lot and towed. May 27th 2022 I am being held responsible for the towing bill. I have sent multiple emails in regards to this mess. I have called over and over for the last year trying to get someone to respond to me. I have yet to hear from anyone. I would show up in their office but I have moved out of state. They know who purchased this vehicle. I signed away the title to Insurance Auto Auctions. This is not a reputable agency to deal with, beware.

The car I won for auction was posted as "Run & Drive" so I went in and asked if I could go see the car and the front desk made up many excuses to why I can't go see the car but getting it tomorrow would be too late cause it would be passed due date to pick up, so I bought the car and turns out I got a car that turns on but doesn't drive at all... you get the picture? Front desk lied multiple times giving me no opportunity to see the car but only leaving me to buy something that I could't see or even at least how I feel about the car (without seeing it first) before purchase, Neither was it mentioned it has mechanical damage because it does. I'm so upset and in need of a car that can drive!
