Most businesses tend to have a positive flow AC system, which tends to minimize odors..if several year old carpet glue is part of the problem..there are sure to be more going on at this store to contribute to a bad smell. Complicated by a high outdoor humidity. Which may be a reason smells are concentrated at the entrances. Just a theory?
It's the glue on the carpet. They had a remodel a few years ago & it reeked of chemicals for months! Now it occurs if the store gets overly warm. I feel bad for the workers exposed to that toxic smell day in & day out!
Yes it does
I've never noticed a bad smell and I've been there hundreds of times over the last several years. Must have been a fluke of some kind.
