Dropped truck off Sunday night for a Monday morning service. General service, transmission service, check noise in sunroof. After not hearing from the service dept all day, I called 15 mins prior to close. Service advisor told me that everything had been done and that they were having trouble diagnosing the sunroof issue. Told me she would call me the next morning by 11:00. After not receiving a call by 1:30 the next day, I called and was put on hold. Then disconnected. I then called back to speak to service manager, was patched through to voicemail. Never got a call back from him either. Drove down to the dealership to get some answers, only to find out that in fact NOTHING had been done on my truck. I then asked them to bring me my truck so I could bring it somewhere else. They then took the next 45 mins looking for my key which had been misplaced. I have used different Ford service depts my whole and NEVER received such incompetent service. I understand everybody is short staffed these days, but the lack of communication cost me two days I could have been looking for another mechanic. Will not be returning.

I’ve been here several times and it’s hit and miss how your service goes. This last visit a simple oil change mistake drained my GT500 Shelby of 7L of synthetic, almost lost a very expensive engine. ON AN OIL CHANGE! I won’t be back.

What a joke. I went in to order a Maverick in the fall of 2021. Sat down with Michael. We went through the whole process, filled out the forms and he printed off the order form that I signed and told me to wait for an email from Ford. It's been about six months, so I called just to see if it is possible to get an update, knowing it could still be awhile before delivery. The person tells me they will call me back with an update. Well, they do call back, but only to tell me that my order was never submitted to Ford and that piece of paper in my hand is worthless. What a waste of time. Now orders are closed on the truck and I'm SOL. When they open back up I certainly won't trust this place with my order.

Awesome staff. So kind,nice, wonderful staff. Love it when I stop by. And they even help support Boy Scouts Troop 4070 from Sedro-Woolley by having them sell popcorn 🍿 at their dealership. So kind. And even sent read a kids letter and sent him a package 📦 full of stuff back. Awesome!!!! Do you business here for sure. The dealership around.
