I appreciate the effort made by the Smith Kia staff to improve the dealership’s credibility and reputation. My experience was mostly positive the moment I walked through the door. Team members were kind and curious. This is a drastic level up from my previous visits. I never felt like I was being rushed or wasting staff member time. The only negative was the cleanliness of the Men’s restroom. It could have been cleaner.

Browsed the lots inventory but ended up purchasing my Kia in Bellingham brand new March 2019. I have been getting my Kia serviced at this location regularly and there usually ends up being an electronic issue. This last time I took it in for service and inspection I had concerns of the lights staying on and my dashboard doing weird things. It appears they maybe started looking into the concerns mentioned then contacted us inquiring about the after market installations. I declined as I paid quite a bit in just labor for installation and clearly can’t get that back and would have to redo- just seemed pointless when I’ve gone back and forth numerous times to Kia and Mobile Music with technical issues. So I pick my vehicle up. I am in my car commuting at least 4 hours a day - when my seat did everything but recline- seriously annoying. Troubleshoot , OK but don’t leave it undone…. Glad for guy friends

Absolutely love this Team of People! Noel is an exceptional salesman who we’ve purchased 3 cars from now to the service department who have “on-time” changes while I wait! We go back because this is definitely a “Hassle-Free” experience! All other dealerships make you feel as if you must make “OZ Behind the Curtain” HaPpY! Came here after experiencing mark ups, dishonesty, and other “typical” car buying experiences. David and the team at Jerry Smith Kia were amazing from start to finish. They had the car ready for me when I pulled up, let us take a test drive independently, and made the negotiation and buying process easy to understand and get through. I also received a follow up call to make sure everything with the car was good and that I was satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend this dealer and our salesman David to anyone! It was worth the drive from Olympia!

Only half the staff wear thier masks and don't enforce rules or seen sanitizing
The service dept is open, they did my oil change about 2 weeks ago. Call and schedule an appt.
They have some 4x4 and all wheel drive vehicles
