They were very helpful on the phone and super nice. However, the price point to replace the screen on my phone was about half the price of a new phone. That could simply be because my phone isn't a mainstream phone. Ultimately I decided not to use the service, but I'm sure it would be helpful for people with more common phones.

My experience with a Samsung Galaxy S8 was exceptional. The ladies there (It is a woman owned business) will give you an estimate for success and cost to repair. They are good people and do good business.
Pricey but they did my kindle fire.
Your best bet is to call them. Very respo sive and reasonably priced. I had the screen on a Samsung S8 replaced last summer for about $200. They will give you an accurate estimate and can likely fix it within a couple of hours.
