There was only one really angry person working who wasn't giving people answers to their questions and was truly being mean to customers. Like everyone trying to do their business was a major inconvenience for her. The older gentleman in front of me needed print services and she said she didn't know how much it would cost and wasn't going to look it up for him, she was trying to just get him to leave... so uncomfortable. Get this woman some help and some customer service training or fire her.

Its horrible absolutely horrible! my mother in laws Christmas gift was shipped from Alabama going to Arlington guaranteed delivery December the 24th, well it its still sitting at the Burlington location! They have told me on several days that it would be delivered the next day but she still doesn't have it.. now I'm being told that it's due to bad weather, well had it been delivered on the 24th when it was supposed to there would have been no bad weather and the weather now is not bad enough to keep my mother in law in the house ...if she can get out and drive they can get out & deliver! I wish now that I had used UPS And the only reason I didn't it's because they could not guarantee delivery until the 27th of December and I wanted her Christmas gift to be there before Christmas but I feel like had I gone with them she would have already had it. As it stands I have no idea when she will receive her Christmas gift. this is absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with!!!

This location and corporation is an awful company. Everytime a seller chooses this business to ship my package I cringe inside, knowing from ALL of my previous experiences, my package is likely going to be significantly delayed. This facility in Burlington has had my package delayed for 3 weeks now, sadly WeatherTech partnered with this awful corporation, though I made sure to let them know my experience. Stay away from FedEx when you can at all costs.

All 14 packages this year have been late. Even while being on vehicle for delivery they don't deliver. Today all 3 of my cameras showed they were in the process of delivering package ( was supposed to be delivered today)well the pulled it out then pushed it back in then left. Called and customer service tried to lie saying it wasnt out for deliver (yet it showed it was) then tried to say it was for a neighbor and they were unloading it there. I explained that was a lie as i have it on all 3 cameras recorded. He hung up on me after that. No one should ever ship from fedex. They need to fix their workers work ethics.
