Call and ask or look them up on Instagram and send them a message. The other answers sound about right. The youngest I've seen is 16 but like Brian said a lot of shops require you to be 18 minimum
It's very probable that the laws have changed, and that it's 18 now. Regardless of parental consent. But I'll still advise you to call and ask them.
I think it's legally 16 with parental cknsent, but a lot of shops won't do it until 18. Your best bet is to call.
