Well I was the perfect resident at Overlook Lakemont in bellvue. I absolutely loved it there until I moved out February 28th 2022. My ending statement has a huge refund due from an over payment and I still have not received it. I have called many times and get no return call. They demand their funds immediately but won't pay back what is owed to you. I am going to contact the bbb then my next step will be a lawyer. I don't understand whybthis is happening especially when it's my money not theirs. Jane Voss

I’ve called 3-4 times in the last 10 days and left a voicemail every time just so I can get them to reissue a check. I haven’t had a single call returned or anyone from the company try and contact me. I guess doing the bare minimum at your job isn’t something this company does. 0/10 customer service.

The Noble is an amazing choice if you're looking for a community in the Wallingford neighborhood. The location is on a relatively quiet street within walking distance to great restaurants, parks, Fremont and Green Lake. A top-notch rooftop, well-appointed apartments, and our (sincerely nice and receptive) building management & staff are really what make The Noble a community I genuinely enjoy residing in.

The Noble is an incredible place to live. Walking distance to so many nice restaurants and parks like Green Lake and Gasworks. Well kept and managed building. Friendly community personnel. Beautiful views of Downtown Seattle from the roof and surrounding streets by foot. It's definitely home and I recommend it for anyone looking to live in a little quieter part of Seattle.
