Contract their customer support or whatever theirs is called and they'll help you out. You will likely need to verify your identity, so you should bring your I.D.
Bring picture ID and they will print you a new card.
And they will give a temporary card..... Or possibly create a new one on the spot!!
Go to the customer service desk and they can look you up. :)
