I believe that they do. But to be sure you can always call and ask for the paint department.

Metro in Oregon City and north Portland take old paint as part of their besides materials recycling program. These are the only sites that I know of.

Home Depot does not, though you can recycle it at either Sherwin Williams or Miller Paint.
