I believe the non-24-hour stores are 6am to 11pm. While the 24 hour stores have 24-hour self checkout.
Yeah, they shut down. Seems like you could just walk out if you need self check off closing times. Paying customers don't really care when the "self check out" are open or not.
The one by outlet store self check out open all time.
