Worse company every. The way management talks to employees is straight DISRESPECTFUL!!! I am a veteran and the way they talked to the other security guards is worse than basic training. I quit after 1 week due to the unprofessional nature of the staff up to and including the "so called" co-owner. Find another company to work for. Their are hundreds. Also the higher paying security companies are close to and in Seattle.

Management doesn't manage anything but themselves and they're pockets. The pay hours and work hours don't aline. They are play with loaded fire arms in auburn office and have shot the floor before (pretty unprofessional if you ask me). They leave they're firearms laying around and no lock box in sight. Just very unorganized and unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE UR TIME WITH THESE JOKERS. TRAINING IS A JOKE AND ISNT TAKEN SERIOUSLY AND WILL PUT YOURE LIFE IN DANGER IN REAL SITUATIONS. DO RESEARCH ON THIS PLACE AND YOU WILL SEE THEY HAVE OR HAVE HAD LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM FOR MULTIPLE REASONS...
