Staff are not helpful, didn't even wanna help when asked where a product was!!! Never shopping at this one no more!!!!

They have nothing in stock here. The lady that was at the register today (more wide than tall) was super rude, and said she would not help me with anything. I guess good old Big 5 becoming garbage...

Staff was very cool about accommodating my extra bags from rite aid while I shopped. Then they were good at answering my questions and not at all pushy to make sales, which is always nice. Only thing I can say is that they were not too knowledgeable about coupons by email or other sales not listed in catalog.... Still tho, 4/5 forsure!
