Lovely meditation practice at nine, followed by fellowship and a Dharma talk by Sensei Jim Warrick! Interested in a Buddhist Women of America group? We met discussed our mission and the year ahead, followed by two art andcraft activities: beading bracelets, and kirigami cards.

Items stolen during the Japanese internment have been recovered and restored to this altar area along with donated handiwork of the members of this community. The folks are friendly, and the Sunday service follows an unhurried tempo that is great for first-time visitors or those wanting a thoughtful experience.

There's a $10 suggested donation for PARKING. The festival is free but there are food booths but many people pack lunches and picnic as well. The festival is also a fundraiser for the temple's operating costs for the year. It's one of four major fundraisers for the Temple.
