Yes they allow it, as long as you don't trash it or cause a disturbance. Most Walmarts now allow some overnight parking, because if you're there and need the facilities, you're more than likely going to spend a little bit of your money on something.
You might get harassed by the police. Just look up safe parking and you will find a good spot.

I beleive so most Walmarts cater to there overnight travelers and out of town visitors. "Shop till ya drop" lol. Just remember to lock all doors and keep windows slighty cracked for ventilation. Dont fall asleep while car is left on. And keyword BESAFE
Find a friend who will let you sleep in the driveway, I did.
