I have a client who would like to buy here. Does anyone know how many homes the community well is serving now? It is Friday and the office appears to closed. Thank you.

Clearwood has about 1,000 homes and we have three to five Wells serving us. I've lived here for 7 years and I love it. Quiet and beautiful. The office is supposed to be open 5 days a week but sometimes they close on Friday for no apparent reason

As of the 3rd I believe the office is closed Except Monday through Thursday and the only way to get a key to get in the gate is through them. Good luck it's a great place to live
