Not impressed with this team. We just wanted to purchase two tires (without warranty). The large corporate weight seems to be heavy, killing individual motivation to get after answers for customers standing at the desk. Scheduling and material available was not clear and took an extra 30 min to talk to management in order to determine level of service.

I’ve been getting my oil changed here for a while without issue. Needed new tires on my Honda van, they were offering a lower price on a better quality tire so I went there. After spending 1.5 hours in the store I find out they never did the tires because they didn’t have a key for my lug nuts. I had to leave and have the locking nuts removed and come back. They then didn’t have replacement non locking lug nuts, so I had to go buy replacements at a parts store. The best part is when they gave me my van back they broke my power sliding drivers seat. Snapped a bracket clean in half!!!! As I pulled out my seat started moving around dangerously on acceleration and deceleration. I had to pull over in the snow and figure out what was wrong. Honda is quoting me $500 in PARTS ALONE. Labor will be hundreds more. The manager didn’t accept any blame, was very flippant about it and told me to just pay for it all at Honda and give her a reciept and she’d send it into their claims company. I should have paid the extra few hundred for tires elsewhere and saved myself a huge repair on my seat.

It varies by location but last I checked it was 9pm. With the current situation it might be earlier so it's best to call and ask.
They stick to the basics mostly. I haven't seen that service, but I might be wrong. Just call and ask. It took more button presses to ask the question than it would have to just call.
Last time I checked, they do not offer brake service beyond inspection
Locked up at 8pm
