Showed up to my appointment for them to tell me they canceled my appointment and no one had reached out to me properly to make sure that I was aware, so I wasted my time and gas. I would have loved a phone call!

Gave our kids haircuts (our 1 y/o son his first). Staff was friendly and worked great with them!

I wouldn't even schedule with them because they told me they would charge the full $23 for a split end trim. I've been to many many salons and never have I been charged the full price of a haircut for a split end trim. What a joke. Also, I asked this question over the phone and the person I was talking to just assumed I was female from my voice (I did not identify my gender) and quoted me the female pricing for a haircut. Good to know that if I went here my gender would be assumed for me. Obviously NOT supporters of the trans community.

EDIT: went back for the 3rd and final time. Erica fixed the fade line and made sure to take her time. Will go back but going to ask for stylist by names for appointments. Never going here again...used to be good but went there for a simple fade.. when I got home and took a closer look, I realized how messed up it was, and went back to get it fixed by a different person. There is still a very harsh fade. It's literally a line across the back of my head and didn't fix the curves on the side of my head when I wanted it straight. Both times they missed multiple hairs above my ears. They are in such a rush to get the haircut done that they don't care about the customer's requests and don't show them the back of the cut or give them time to thoroughly look at the cut. Good thing I'm a guy and can wear a hat to cover up this mess until it grows out so I can get a proper haircut.
