We bought a new unit from them. Got it home to find out it doesn’t climb hills and tears up our property. Asked to return unit after two uses because unit doesn’t work for our needs and where denied by Angela the owner. We feel ripped of for over 4000 dollars that doesn’t work for us but she is greedy!
