If you dont take care of your equipment such as draining the fuel and running the engine until it dies at the end if the season your going to have problems no matter where you buy your equipment! J&I only sells products that they can stand behind. Great family owned and operated business!
Bad fuel is most common reason for carburetor failure. Let it sit all winter, fuel gets lacquered and thus Issues with a carburetor. J&I has always treated me fairly.
Yes I had. And have problems with the carb also and haveing same problem and must pay to fix, im begining to think their products is disposable. Fix to many times and expensive.
