Today we our first time visiting Playtime, (a friend and I went with our 7 month old, 2 year old and 4 year old) I wasn’t able to get the front desk girls name (she had discoloration on her teeth/brunette), we will not be going back or recommending to anyone. She was flat out rude. I understand that we got there at 2:45 however we still had an hour to play and we did not feel welcome at all. She also proceeded to tell us as we were leaving how many rules we “broke”.

No customer service or flexibility. Have been a customer for YEARS. Went into play and 10 minutes in another kid knocked over my toddler and after that he wanted to go home. I asked for a credit so we could come back since we have only played 10 minutes and they said no. Where is the customer service in this day and age?? Never returning.

I took my 2 year old and my 10 month old there yesterday. The facility, toys and play areas couldn’t have been any more clean. It’s very bright and colorful and the staff is helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Play time is always clean and very well organized. Remember to bring your socks. Socks are there for purchase and so are snacks.
