Package said it was delivered in parcel. I come home to find the parcel key is not on the mailbox. Great job USPS. You can’t read numbers or answer the phone to help with your issues.

The '"employee" goes out of her way to keep people from entering the post office. The stench of her perfume is overpowering, if you have flower allergies beware. Even if you have a fragile package she tries to steer you towards the dropbox, which has caused items I've sold to break. The employees rarely wear uniforms, the mullet who delivers mail on Sundays reeks of alcohol and you can frequently see most of his rear end from his acid washed jeans. If you have a box delivered to your house they will put envelopes under it instead of using your mailbox. Obviously in a state with frequent storms tis is a horrible idea. Our mail gets wet, scattered across the yard and median. We've lost Christmas cards, wedding invitations, etc... It's a joke that this place is called a post office.

Honestly, everyone that leaves bad reviews here is probably acting mean to the lady who works here. She is nice and professional! She'll tape your packages for you and tell you the cheapest way to ship things if you're confused. I've never had a bad experience due to the management. So many people come in having to wait 5+ minutes to get helped during COVID, due to only allowing two people in the room at once, and yell at her. It's really rude. Follow the written signs posted on the door, look at the hours listed online, have a little patience, and just be nice and she'll be nice back!
