I don't know what a fatal cat spay is but I have had a cat spayed there and they were fantastic. I will be taking another there next month
You should call them directly and inquire.
I don't believe they do directly. There is a cat spay and neuter program run by the feline friends, that they might partake in. I'm not sure of specifics though. Sorry i couldn't be of more help. - Dan
