Amazing staff, amazing care with the animals. This is the best veterinary clinic I have ever been to! My chihuahua often gets nervous or scared around people, but whenever we walk into the hospital and he sees the nurses, he gets excited and even lets them hold him.

We began taking our very sick dog to the Shelton Veterinary Hospital a little over a year ago. Unfortunately she had lung cancer and had to be euthanized. Dr. McCann was so compassionate with "Lucy" we decided to take our new rescue dog, Molly, to her. Not only is Dr. McCann an excellent veterinarian, the staff is outstanding, also! Along with Molly's necessary veterinary care, we also have her nails clipped there, too. I can't say enough good things about the compassionate care and service we have received at Shelton Veterinary Hospital!

Nearly 30 years of treating our families pets as part of their family. Usually you’re not at a veterinarian clinic in the same capacity as a fun park to play fetch. My mother and I quit counting when we realized we’ve sadly said goodbye to 10 family pets where Shelton Veterinarian hospital helped our fur babies cross over the rainbow 🌈 bridge. Gary Olsen, the man that has owned and has ran this organization for all years i can remember is an absolute saint🙏. I won’t embarrass him for the kindness he’s personally shown me but he’s personally restored a bit of faith in humanity in me. He’s made an impact on me and how I treat others. Always our first call and always more value then anything they charge us. 10 ⭐️ stars(Carlos *pictured says thank you🙌🏼

They are the best with my baby who is a little butthead when it comes to getting his nails clipped. Other places won't even try (he's not ferocious at all, but sounds like it). They are all wonderful in the office and take excellent care of both my babies....Princess and Milo say THANKS!!

There is a vet in Olympia that treats reptiles. I forget the name, but oddly enough, it is a feline vet. (I know, weird) But search up feline vets in Oly.
I've always had very good service from Shelton Veterinary.
For the oral tablets, your pet must have an exam every 12 months per state law to get them since they're prescription :) then they just need a recent weight on file.
They are very popular. They take exceptional care of animals, are kind to animal parents (us) and don't charge a horrific amount of money to give that care. I drive from Olympia to take my pups/children to them.
Shelton vet hospital. Lemme look
They will be open monday at 7:30 am. Give them a call. Not sure on price but Dr. Kim is awesome and will take good care of your fur baby. Been with this veterinary clinic for 22 years.
The current cost of a cat neuter is $62.00, that does not include any extras like blood work or medications to go home .
A swollen ear is likely a hematoma, where blood pools between the layers of the ear. It is generally caused by infection or irritation that causes the dog to shake it's head. Treatment is surgery where the blood it drained from the pocket and the layers of the ear are sewn together. Diagnosis would have to be done by a veterinarian at an appointment.
Only have walk ins if they have openings. They are usually by appointment only
Yes we have x-ray machines.
Check the website
I don't think they do. Best to call and see.
Yes they do. Not care credit, but credit cards yes
They are open 6 days a week, close early on Saturdays.

Get a hold of kitten rescue she had a great program for feral cats
