Out of our week vacation this hotel was the best one! Room was clean and well kept. Pool and hot tub was clean and running! Breakfast was amazing!! Thank you for a great stay!

Woke up to furniture movers and a midget with a stick horse making racket at 3:00am. I finally bang on the ceiling only for it to continue. When I finally get up to explain it to front desk at 3:30am because, naturally, no one answered the front desk phone, the noise ceases. Now I’m wide awake and choose to drink coffee and bang on the ceiling for as long as I wish. When there’s no rules we make our own. Don’t bother following up with your corporate garbage canned ham reply Holiday Inn. “We here at Holiday Inn take customer service seriously.”

We tried 3 times going from our room to the front desk to get in our room with a keycard that didn’t work. Each time we waited several minutes in a long line of customers. At least three other customers had the same problem at the same time. Brittany at the front desk did a phenomenal job staying calm and being very efficient. Finally the manager took us to our room, the only one remaining, and got us in using a master card. Our key card did not work for the remainder of our stay and one of us had to remain in the room. It appears your foot entry equipment needs to be updated.

This place was busy!!! Every room was booked. When we pulled up there was a crowd out front just enjoying the weather, some people were on the patio using the grills to cook dinner. The front desk staff was helpful. The kitchen staff was awesome! They really seemed to enjoy working here. The room was meh… beds were nice. Sofa bed was horrible. Carpets and shower were both very aged. Could use some updating.
