Judy at the front desk is an exemplary employee who is the perfect example of what a front desk agent should be. As a former general manager, I quickly recognized Judy's hard work and dedication to her craft, working tirelessly taking on the roles of multiple different hotel positions working nights one day, mornings the next. She does all of this with a genuine smile on her. Judy has done a sensational job of making me feel welcomed at this property. Give this woman a raise or promotion! I haven't gotten to interact with any other hotel employees but I have noticed how incredibly hard working all of the staff is here in passing. They make the absolute most of they idle time. This hotel has all the basic hotel amenities you can think of, complimentary breakfast, business center, pool, and fitness room. My room was big, spacious, and clean. Not the most comfortable bed but I've been on much worse. The internet is pretty slow... You can pay $5 a day for faster internet. The only ding I have against this hotel is the parking lot. It's very small and packed. It was like parking was an afterthought to the developers.

If you are seeking accommodations in Farmington, NM, this is the best Hilton property in town! The staff is friendly and professional, the accommodations are clean and modern, and the breakfast is amazing!

Conveniently located near (but not too near) the highway, this property is cared for by super friendly staff who are always ready to help with a restaurant recommendation and/or other information about the area. My room was very clean, comfortable and a perfect place to come back to after a full day of outdoor adventure. Will hopefully be back soon

Paid $150 for the night. Fantastic hotel! Breakfast was amazing - sausage/potato hash, omelets, waffles w/berries and all sorts of toppings, a few cereals, yogurt, donuts, muffins, bagels, toast, oranges, bananas, juices, coffee & hot chocolate. Wow! My teen boys were in heaven :) Pool was closed so can’t attest to that. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room very clean and kitchen area had serving for 4, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave & coffee maker. Hot plates available from the front desk but we didn’t use. Bed was hard for us but the pillows were actually really nice, better than most hotel pillows. Definitely recommend it! Extremely pleased.
