I had a great experience at Mason walk-in clinic. I had a foreign object lodge in my eye and saw Thomas. He was polite, gentle and effective in removing it. The check in went fast and after a short wait was able to see the provider. Very satisfied.

Any time I've ever been to this walk in clinic I have had to make and appointment, then when I make the appointment, I am always told to wait in my car, which then turns into an hour wait...why am I even making an appointment?? People have lives outside of going to wait for the dr, it's ridiculous, I thought it was just cause it was new, but nothing has changed...I don't recommend coming here, might as well find a clinic in Olympia.

Tried to reserve a spot online, it won’t allow me to, keeps saying they are closed. Called a bunch of times, keeps saying they are closed yet they advertise opening 1000 on weekends. Based on other reviews I won’t be headed there to wait for hours.

We had no real issues. We were scanned for temp and asked all the normal Covid-19 questions. We were in and out of the clinic within an hour and a half. We did find out that you can make an appointment or give them a heads up that your coming in and that bit of info could save time. I will use it next time I need to do the walk in clinic.
